- 1 onion (small)
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Bring oil, sugar, vinegar and mustard seed to a rolling boil. Pour over cabbage, pepper, onion and carrots.

2Cover and keep in refrigerator.

3Will keep for 4 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
