  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup jicama, julienned
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Red Delicious apples, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons fructose
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons caraway seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch white pepper
