- 3 c. shredded green cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Remove any wilted outer leaves from cabbage.

2Cut into quarters and remove tough center.

3Wash under cold running water.

4Drain well and dry with paper towels.

5Grate on a vegetable shredder or the coarsest side of a regular grater.

6Peel and finely chop onion. Wash and dry parsley.

7Snip into small pieces with kitchen scissors.

8Mix all ingredients together with a fork.

9Put in a cold place until ready to serve.
