  • 12 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 Small Pimento-stuffed Olives, Cut In Half
  • Paprika As Desired For Sprinkling
  • Finely Chopped Chives As Desired For Garnish

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place the yolks in a food processor.

    Set the whites aside.

    Add the mayo, mustard, celery seed, and pepper to the food processor, and then puree until extremely smooth.

    Place the egg yolk mixture into a large Ziploc bag, snip off the end, and then pipe the filling into the center of the egg whites.

    Sprinkle paprika over the eggs.

    Place half an olive on top, pimento side facing up, and then sprinkle with chives.
