- 2 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 3 egg whites (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, water and syrup and cook to soft boil stage.

2Set aside, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

3Slowly add hot syrup to beaten egg whites, beating constantly until frosting is creamy.

4Add confectioners sugar and vanilla and beat to spreading consistency.
