- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 chicken, cut up
Directions

1Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper.

2In a large frying pan brown chicken on all sides.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

4In second bowl mix 4 eggs and milk until light, then mix in butter.

5Slowly blend

6egg mixture into dry mixture.

7Beat until smooth.

8Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

9Place chicken in batter.

10Bake 1 hour at 350°.
