  • 1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, spices and molasses; mix well.

    Add eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.

    Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
