  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 flour
  • 2 c. cream of tartar
  • 3 c. Circus O, slightly crushed

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, cream sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and cream of tartar. Stir in cereal. Put mixture into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and eat.
