  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon peel
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook carrots in boiling salt water until tender.
