  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add soup, potatoes and sour cream. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cheese and corn flakes. Spread over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
