  • 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 1 lb. 4 oz. canned crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 3 bananas, cubed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix Jell-O and hot water; cool.
  2. 2
    When partially set, add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
  3. 3
    Chill to set in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
