- 2 lb. beef stew
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix and pour soups, water, wine and mushrooms over lightly floured and browned stew meat.

2Cover and bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours.

3Remove from oven.

4Fold in sour cream and serve.
