- 8 eggs
- 8 slices bread
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ham, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste
- dash of dry mustard
- corn flake crumbs
- melted butter
Directions

1Trim crust from bread.

2Place in casserole.

3Top with layers of cheese and ham.

4Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard in blender. Pour mixture over cheese, ham and bread.

5Refrigerate overnight. Take out 2 hours before baking.

6Top with cornflakes and melted butter.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
