  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced small
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces prepared mustard
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder mild, medium, or hot.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

    In a 4 qt sauce pot over med heat cook ground meat until done.

    Now add the onion and sweat til translucent.

    Add tomato sauce, mustard, chili powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring constantly.
