- 1 medium yellow onion diced small
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons chili powder mild, medium, or hot.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions

1In a 4 qt sauce pot over med heat cook ground meat until done.

2Now add the onion and sweat til translucent.

3Add tomato sauce, mustard, chili powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

4Bring to a boil.

5Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring constantly.
