- 1 (10 oz.) cream of onion soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower, cooked
- 1 (9 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1 (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a large bowl combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise and milk; mix well.

3Fold in cauliflower, peas and carrots, pimento and mushrooms.

4Turn into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

5In a small saucepan melt margarine; stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

6Sprinkle over casserole.

7Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes.
