  • 8 whole Eggs (large)
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 cups Ham, Diced
  • 3/4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thinly
  • 1/4 cups Red Sweet Pepper, Diced (optional)

Directions

    Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

    While skillet is warming up, whisk together the eggs. Add milk and seasonings. Whisk in the ham, cheese, and green onions.

    If using red bell pepper, place in skillet and saute for a few minutes, just to soften it a bit. Then pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are no longer runny (about 10-12 minutes). If eggs are getting browned, lower the heat. Remove from heat and serve hot-enjoy!
