  • 3 large egg beaten
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water, for steaming

Directions

    Heat pan that has a tight lid

    Add butter when butter melts add beaten eggs, let egg spread out over whole bottom of pan.

    When egg are thickening add last egg in middle yoke intact.

    Add pepper and salt

    Add water to side around eggs and cover to steam.

    When whites are done in middle slide onto a plate add parsley and pepper flakes.
