- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. mushroom slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 4 baked potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Saute zucchini and celery in margarine until crisp-tender and add mushroom slices.
