  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 box dark brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix (by hand) eggs, oil and sugar together.

    Sift flour and add.

    Add salt, nuts, bits and vanilla and mix well.

    Bake in 13 x 9-inch

    pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Let cool on cake rack and cut into squares.
