  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 3/4 cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cups Coconut, Sweet And Flaked (see Blog Link For Note)
  • 1/4 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cups Almonds, Rough Chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Use a food processor to grind the crackers into crumbs. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. Pulse to combine. Pour in the melted butter. Pulse to combine.

    Press the crust mixture into a 9 x 9 glass baking pan.

    Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, fold together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut, both chocolates, and the nuts.

    Spread evenly over the crust.

    Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes more.
