- 2/3 c. margarine
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Cream margarine and brown sugar.

2Add eggs.

3Mix together baking powder, flour and salt.

4Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.

5Add nuts and chocolate chips.

6Mix together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

7Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. When cool, cut into squares.
