- 2 3/4 c. plain flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.

2Add brown sugar to oil and mix well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

4Add dry ingredients, then add nuts, chocolate chips and coconut.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Cut into squares.
