- 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts or coconut
- 1 c. chocolate chips (optional)

3Bake in a shallow dish or pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 325°.
