  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 1/3 c. rice
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1/3 can water

Directions

    Saute rice and onion in oleo.

    Add mushrooms, beef consomme, water and salt.
  3. 3
    Place in a casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake for one hour at 350°.
