  • Finely found kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, finely ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

    Smoke over hot coals and hickory wood at 300 to 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
