  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 3/4 c. egg whites
  • vanilla or almond flavoring

    Combine water, sugar and Karo in saucepan.

    Cook until it strings.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add syrup mixture while beating egg whites.
