- 4 c. sliced, peeled carrots or frozen
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 3 c. herb flavored bread stuffing
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Add soup, salt, pepper and cheese.

4Pour over carrots.

5Place in greased casserole.

6Put buttered bread crumbs on top (or stuffing).

7Dot with butter.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
