- 1 qt. fresh corn
- 4 to 5 slices streaked side meat
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry side meat.

2When done, remove meat and cool drippings. Add corn, salt, pepper and enough water to cover corn.

3You may add more water to make the corn soupy when it is done (or milk is even better). Stir flour and water to make a smooth mixture and add to the corn.

4Cook for a few minutes.
