- 1 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix corn meal, cold water and salt. Stir slowly, pour corn meal mixture into boiling water in saucepan.

2Cook and stir until thick. Lower heat.

3Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring as needed to keep from sticking.
