  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except butter and mustard.

    Cook over low heat until smooth and thick.

    Remove from heat; add butter and mustard.
