- 2 lb. venison steak
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 2 to 4 cans beefy mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
Directions

1In skillet, brown venison with sliced onion and bell pepper. Add water (not oil or grease).

2Brown meat, onion and pepper in covered skillet until all water is evaporated.

3Seasoned salt to taste.

4Dump mixture into crock-pot.

5Pour in 2 to 4 cans of beefy mushroom soup, brown gravy mix and 1 cup water and cover crock-pot.

6Cook on medium about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Use cornstarch to thicken if needed.
