- 1 12 kg plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 beaten egg (or egg's white)
Directions

1Strain yoghurt using a smooth colander into a pot.

2Add egg or egg's white.

3Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup of water.

4Stir into cold yoghurt for 2 minutes.

5Place on medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.

6Remove from heat and use as desired.
