- 1 pkg. jello gelatin (any flavor)
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 8 to 10 chocolate cookies
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- ice cubes
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.

2Add to gelatin; mix well.

3Blend in whipped topping until smooth.

4Chill 15 minutes, until mixture will mound.

5Crumble 1/2 of a cookie into each of 8 to 10 dessert glasses.

6Fill 1/2 full with gelatin. Top with another 1/2 cookie, then fill glasses with gelatin. Chill 2 hours.

7Garnish with whipped topping.
