  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 6 tablespoons water or milk (depending on how thick you want it)
  • 1/4 tsp almond or vanilla extract (I use extra)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Sift the powdered sugar and salt into a bowl.

    Add enough water/milk and the extract until the icing is your desired consistency.

    Divide into portions and add food colored as desired.
