Directions

   Melt enough butter or margarine to stick 3/4 of the crushed Oreos together.

   Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Stir in Cool Whip. Pour over Oreo crust.

   Beat puddings and milk for 2 minutes on medium speed.

   Pour over cream cheese layer.

   Sprinkle remaining Oreo crumbs on top.

   Refrigerate until pudding sets, then spoon and enjoy.
