- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup nuts
Directions

1CAKE: In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.

2Mix well.

3In saucepan, add margarine, oil, water, and cocoa.

4Bring to a boil and add to flour mixture; stir well.

5Add eggs, buttermilk, and baking soda.

6Mix well.

7Pour on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350F (180C).

8ICING: Mix all ingredients until smooth.

9Frost cake as soon as it is taken out of oven.
