  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butterscotch-flavored baking chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 1 Land O Lakes Egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

    Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

    Divide dough in half.

    Wrap each half in plastic food wrap; flatten slightly.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Roll out dough, one-half at a time, on lightly floured surface (keeping remaining dough refrigerated) to 1/4-inch thickness.
