  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar (can reduce)
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
