- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar (can reduce)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until crisp.

2Mix and pour all other ingredients over hot carrots.
