  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
  • 10 ounces, weight Salsa Verde (tomatillo)
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin, Ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, Or To Taste
  • 1 whole Limes
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa verde and sour cream until well blended, then mix in minced garlic, ground cumin and cayenne (optional).

    Fold in fresh chopped cilantro (make sure its a large bunch) and lime juice.

    Using an immersion blender (or food processor), blend ingredients together until smooth.

    Additional seasonings to taste, if desired.

    Serve with pita chips and chopped veggies, or drizzle over grilled meats.
