Cool Corn Salad

- 1 16 oz cans sweet corn
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 6 medium sour pickles or 12 gherkin pickles
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
Directions

1Empty can of corn into medium size bowl.

2Cut cherry tomatoes in half. If they're particularly large, cut them in quarters. Add to bowl.

3Chop the pickles into small cubes. Add to bowl.

4Add the mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

5Marinate for at least an hour.

6Best served cold.
