Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Hass avocadoes, halved and pitted
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 13 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Directions

    Scoop avocados out of skins and place in a bowl.

    Sprinkle the avocados with the lime juice and mash with a potato masher or fork to desired smoothness.

    Add all remaining ingredients and stir very well.

    Best if allowed to chill for a few hours before serving.
