  • 1 pkg. jello (peach)
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. ice cubes
  • 3 1/2 c. or 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 small or 1 large graham cracker crust

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir 3 minutes.

    Add ice cubes and stir until thick, 3 minutes.

    Remove any unmelted ice. Add Cool Whip and blend until smooth.

    Add 1 cup of diced peaches into mixture.

    Stir until well blended.

    Pour into pie crust and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
