- 11 to 12 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 packets dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. water
- cooking oil
Directions

1Spoon flour into measuring cup.

2Pour onto wax paper.

3Combine 4 cups of flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.

4Stir to blend.

5Add butter to milk and water; heat until lukewarm.

6Add warm liquids to dry ingredients.

7Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.

8Scrape bowl occasionally.

9Add 2 more cups of flour; beat at high speed until thick and elastic. Gradually add remaining flour, stirring with wooden spoon.
