Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or 1/2-1 lb smoked kielbasa
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 -4 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 -2 cup tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- basil, to desired taste
- oregano, to desired taste
- 24 ounces spaghetti noodles
Directions

1Put chicken in large pan, cover with water.

2In another pan, boil spaghetti noodles and drain.

3Pour in onion, celery, bell pepper, bouillon cubes, and bay leaves.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Cook in pan until chicken shreds apart.

6Then add tomato puree, tomato sauce and tomato paste.

7Add basil and oregano.

8Let it cook for half an hour.

9Add smoked kielbasa, and let cook for 15 minutes.

10Mix with spaghetti noodles.
