- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can Coor's beer
Directions

1Melt butter and pour enough into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan to coat bottom.

2In large bowl, mix flour, sugar and beer.

3Spoon dough into loaf pan.

4Pour remaining butter over the top.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven until bread is a light golden color (50 to 60 minutes).

6Let stand 10 minutes before cutting with a serrated knife.
