  • 2 lb. carrots, cooked tender and drained (may be canned)
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Layer carrots, pepper and onion in bowl.

    Blend remaining ingredients.

    Pour marinade over vegetables and allow to set overnight.

    Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
