Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Cut carrots into slices.

    Cook in small amount of water until barely tender.

    Drain and cool.

    Slice onion thinly and cut up green pepper.

    Combine with carrots.

    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper. Chill.
