- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cut carrots into slices.

2Cook in small amount of water until barely tender.

3Drain and cool.

4Slice onion thinly and cut up green pepper.

5Combine with carrots.

6Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

7Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper. Chill.
