- 1 large or 2 small onions, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Steam or boil carrots until barely tender. Fold in onions and peppers. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, tomato soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add to vegetables and marinate for 2 to 3 days.
