  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. apple
  • cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper as desired
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Cook carrots; cool.

    Chop onion and pepper; add to carrots (do not cook).

    Heat soup, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and oil.
