- 1 red onion
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 10 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain carrots and set aside. Chop green pepper and onion.

2Add all ingredients except carrots and mix well. Add carrots and marinate for several hours or overnight. Drain and serve.
